Based in Dublin but with extensive reach in London, Trasna has a deep knowledge of the Irish market and wide connections to global investment funds and corporates.
Founded by Peter Cross in 2011, Trasna has a strong track record in helping its clients to achieve their strategic financial objectives.
Our Managing Director
Peter Cross, our Managing Director, has spent many years in corporate finance advisory roles with Barings, Morgan Stanley, Ondra Partners and Trasna.
He was CFO of eircom, CFO of BT Openreach, Group Director of Corporate Finance at BT Group and Trustee of the BT Group Pension Scheme.
He qualified as a Chartered Accountant with Arthur Andersen in Dublin.
Peter is a non-executive director of the VHI (Ireland's largest private health insurer), of DAA (owner and operator of Ireland's airports in Dublin and Cork), of Cubic Telecom (a connected-car technology company backed by Qualcomm, Audi and the Irish strategic Investment Fund), and of a number of wind energy assets managed by Arjun Infrastructure Partners.
He was previously director and audit committee chair at Ervia (owner and operator of Ireland’s gas and water infrastructure networks). He also chaired the audit committee of the HSE (Ireland's national health service).
